MD and founder Jason Lindfield has welcomed two dynamic new directors to the Board of his sustainable energy firm, OHM Energy.
OHM Chair - Daniel Smart
Daniel Smart becomes Chairman of the Board and is responsible for steering OHM Energy’s future direction and growth. Daniel is an investor dedicated to the green economy and the net-zero agenda, with particular expertise in people, having founded Green Group (Partners) Ltd in 2020. He is on a journey to build the world's leading renewable energy and sustainability talent group.
As the founder of ProClinical Ltd, Smart grew the international life-sciences recruitment company to a turnover of £50m with 29 stakeholders and 200 employees over 11 countries, including the US, EU, Japan, China and Australia.
Smart has joined OHM Energy in Sussex and told us “OHM has a very strong and unique foundation of knowledge in solar, storage and heating, which are technologies vital to the global energy transition. Jason Lindfield runs an innovative team and I'm very excited to be able to contribute to OHM's expansion.”
Non-Executive Finance Director - Jim Fletcher
Also joining OHM Energy is Jim Fletcher ACMA GCMA.
Jim is a member of Eastbourne Chamber and a business consultant at our sister company, Edeal Enterprise Agency having worked in successful business managment for over 40 years. He will be providing ongoing financial support to the OHM Board and has wide ranging expertise in commercial leadership, finance, sales & marketing, logistics and operational functions.
Jim is well-positioned to guide OHM Energy through the next few years.
